I'm selina, I want to be slim for summer but also healthy for life.
I don’t have a strong desire for abs or big muscles but I want to be toned and strong.
The most important thing is for me to feel comfortable in my body but I still like seeing the numbers change on the scale.
I am following a diet from a book but I’m still eating healthy fresh food in good portions with a decent amount of moderation.
I work out a lot but I am not a fitspo, or a thinspo or a curvespo or anything out of the ordinary, I am just me working on myself and i am happy!!
